DData and reporting
One source of truth, refreshed without anyone exporting a file.
Sales, inventory, and retailer data live in a dozen systems and portals. It all lands in one warehouse on a schedule, feeding the reports your team actually reads, delivered automatically.
What's included
One source of truth for orders, inventory, and sales.
- Data warehouse and live dashboards
- Order, inventory, and marketplace data pulled on a schedule into BigQuery or Power BI, replacing manual exports.
- Sales and performance reporting
- Daily flash sales, channel scorecards, and promotion results delivered automatically, with the analysis in plain English.
- Scheduled reports and portal bots
- Availability sheets, inventory emails, and exports from portals with no API, running unattended with logs.
You probably need this if
- Someone exports and pastes reports every Monday.
- Every channel reports sales differently, so totals never match.
- Retailer portals with no API eat hours of clicking and downloading.
- Leadership asks questions nobody can answer without a day of work.
Questions about data and reporting
Which data sources can you connect?
ERP, OMS, WMS, Shopify, QuickBooks, EDI, marketplace accounts, and retailer portals, including portals with no API.
Power BI or BigQuery?
Whichever fits the tools you already pay for. Both work well for a consumer brand's order, inventory, and marketplace data.
Who maintains it after launch?
It runs unattended, with logs and alerts. Everything is documented so your team can maintain it, with ongoing support to extend it.
How can I combine sales and inventory data from several retailer portals into one dashboard?
You need a data pipeline, not just a dashboard tool. Each portal is pulled on a schedule, through an API where one exists or a portal bot where it does not, then mapped to your own SKUs and loaded into one warehouse such as BigQuery, with Power BI or another reporting tool on top. Off-the-shelf connectors cover the large marketplaces. Retailer portals with no API usually need a custom bot, which is the part West Atlas builds.
Does this only work for CPG brands?
No. West Atlas grew out of CPG, but the same work shows up anywhere physical products move: wholesale, distribution, e-commerce, and light manufacturing. If your team handles purchase orders, freight, inventory, or channel reporting, it fits.
