For the last decade I've run finance and operations inside CPG brands - most recently as Senior Director of Finance & Operations at DiscoverNIGHT, and before that leading logistics at Love Wellness, Big Mozz, Rebecca Taylor, and G-III Apparel. I've managed 3PLs, fought deduction battles with big-box retailers, built EDI pipelines, and stood up analytics stacks and 3PLs from scratch.

The same pattern showed up everywhere I worked. There's always a stack of operational tasks eating hours of someone's week. Pulling sales data out of an ERP. Classifying remittance line items by hand. Reconciling inventory across warehouses. Reading retailer reports and turning them into a scorecard. Triaging vendor emails. The work that's too custom for SaaS, too judgment-heavy for Zapier, and too important to skip.

That's the work I automate.

Sometimes the answer is a clean ETL pipeline that moves data where it needs to go. Sometimes it's a Power BI model that finally tells you what's actually happening across channels or at your warehouse. Sometimes it's a classification engine that handles thousands of rows with near-perfect accuracy. And sometimes, when the inputs are messy or the rules have exceptions, it's a custom AI agent that makes the judgment calls a script can't.

The unifying goal is the same every time: take work off your team's plate at a fraction of what it would cost to hire it out or buy a tool for it.
